Terms of use for the HelmOps platform. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using HelmOps, you agree to these Terms of Command, our Privacy Charter, and any applicable order or subscription terms. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
Use of the service
You must use HelmOps in compliance with law and not misuse the platform (e.g. abuse other users, attempt unauthorized access, or resell without agreement). You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for keeping credentials secure.
Intellectual property
HelmOps and its branding, software, and content are owned by HelmOps Maritime Technologies or its licensors. We grant you a limited license to use the service as provided. Your data remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service.
